• Yes - the Studio is not open to the public!
• An appointment provides you a private experience with my full attention. 
• You may bring up to 2 attendants to your appointment.

• 8 AM to 4 PM

• ALTERATIONS: 3-4 weeks for wedding gowns, and 1-2 weeks extra for bridal party
• CUSTOM GOWNS: 8-12 weeks.

• Please contact me and get on the Calendar as soon as possible. 
• During wedding season (April-September) it gets super busy. I will try to accommodate your schedule but may not be able to guarantee a time slot of your choice. 
• If you need to reschedule at any point in the process, contact me as soon as possible. 

• At your first appointment (the Consultation), we will decide together what needs to be done and I will give you a price.
• We will set up a timeline and schedule your additional appointment(s), so you know exactly what to expect. 

 Wear something that you can easily change in and out of, and also have:

• UNDERGARMENTS you might wear - bra, corset, spanx, slip, etc.
• SHOES (or a pair with the same heel height)
• Veil or other accessories you've already purchased, to see if they need any adjustments.

* Bring the SAME items to each appointment (or leave them with the dress)

• Wedding gown alterations range from $100 to $500 - the average is around $350.
• Bridesmaids and formal dresses are typically in the $50 to $125 range.   
• An exact price is given after I see you in the dress and we agree on the work needed.

• Reception and other fancy dresses start at $800. 
• Average for a Wedding gown is $2000-$3000. 
• If you have a photo of something you like, I can ballpark a general price range. 
• A firm quote is given only after I create a Design Sketch and we agree on materials.

• Custom gowns or alterations over $400 will require a Deposit of 50%. 
• Full final payment plus 10.3% Sales Tax is due when the dress is picked up. 
• Cash, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Local Checks accepted - No Credit Cards 

• All sales of custom work or alterations are final. 
• No refunds unless there was an error on our part. I take lots of notes for a good record of what was promised and delivered. Before & After photos may also be taken.

Customer's Responsibility:

• To be upfront about all possible weight/size changes`
• To wear the same shoes and undergarments at every appointment
